Sumatra Gayo, Medium-Dark Roast Coffee 12 ounces

A rich, full-bodied organic Sumatra sourced from the Gayo highlands, with deep notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, dried plum, and subtle tobacco. Roasted to the darker side of medium, while stopping just short of second crack, this coffee develops a smooth, syrupy body and deep caramelized sweetness while preserving the earthy complexity and character of its origin.

Grade 1 beans, triple picked for excellent consistency. Wet-hulled using the traditional Indonesian process, this coffee develops the deep body and distinctive complexity for which Sumatran coffees are known. The process softens acidity while emphasizing rich, earthy flavors, dark fruit, and a smooth, syrupy body.
